All menus are "all-you-can-eat." Kid Friendly and Traditional BBQ Menus show pricing based on two hours of service. The Fiesta and Up in Smoke similarly feature two hours of service, followed by a short break and then 45 minutes of dessert. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly if the client desires a longer service time. All menus are subject to an 18% gratuity, NJ Sales Tax, Travel and Labor Charges.
Per the schedule below, please review the minimum to book services:
Early Season & Late Season (weather permitting): $1,000
May - October (Monday - Thursday): $1,500
May - October (Fridays & Sundays): $2,000
May - October (Saturdays): $2,500
Note: Operation is possible in all weather conditions, unless ambient temperature drops below 40 degrees. Operating in NJ/PA from typically mid-April to late October.
Pricing is based on a per person basis as well as time on-site. For example, service times for menus range from a high of 120 people per hour for the Kid-Friendly BBQ to a low of 60 people per hour for Up in Smoke. In total, one would expect a crew of two people to be on-site approximately 90 minutes prior to open until 60 minutes after service.
There are opportunities to customize menus as well as simplify offerings. This helps speed up the ordering process and works very well for groups with time constraints. A meal ticket is another avenue to consider. Please contact us to further discuss options and to receive a custom proposal.
